- Orders are typically processed within 2 business days from the time of purchase.

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

   Delivery Times 

-  Standard Shipping : 7-8 business days within India.

 

   Order Tracking 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package's journey.

 

   Shipping Restrictions 

- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

- Shipping times may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

   Damaged or Lost Items 

- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at  support@prosperabrand.com . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  

   International Orders 

-  Customs and Duties : International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

-  Return/Exchange Policy for International Orders : Due to the complexity of international returns, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective.
