EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Prospera, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

 

1. Return Policy for Manufacturing Defects

    •    If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may return it within seven to twelve (7-12) days of the delivery date.

    •    To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with details of the defect and your order information.

    •    Once the return is approved, a courier will be arranged for the product pickup.

 

2. Exchange Policy

    •    Size Exchange:

    •    If you require a different size of the same product, you can exchange it, provided the desired size is available.

    •    If the requested size is unavailable, you may:

    1.    Choose another product of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by the customer if applicable).

    2.    Receive store credit equivalent to the original product’s value. The store credit can be used for any future purchase.

 

3. Courier Attempts for Returns and Exchanges

    •    Our courier partner will make two (2) attempts to pick up the product for return or exchange.

    •    If the customer is unavailable during these attempts, the product must be shipped back to our designated warehouse address (which will be shared with the customer). Shipping costs in such cases will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

4. Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery, no return or exchange will be accepted.

    Additional Terms

    •    The product must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

    •    Store credits, once issued, are non-refundable and valid for a specified duration (as mentioned when issued).

    •    Prospera reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the above conditions are not met.
